We've asked Aubrey Woodiwiss, one of The Mill London's team of Colourists who has worked on everything from music promos for the likes of Jay-Z and Lily Allen, to commercials for Guinness and Tetley with some of the industries' leading directors, to share his top tips for those wannabe graders looking to get in to the industry.
