The Media Production Show was back for its second year this week, as attendees from all across the creative industries joined to share the very latest products on offer within the ever growing world of visual content, at London’s Olympia.
With a jam packed schedule of more than 160 key industry exhibitors and sponsors and 180 speakers across the two days, the annual show was it’s biggest and best yet.
The event gave attendees the opportunity to gain valuable insight and interact with a host of different exhibitors on the show floor.
The Mill’s were very proud to be involved, taking part across both VFX and Colour Seminars.
Day one welcomed Mill VFX Supervisor Jon Wood who took a packed seminar audience on a whistle-stop tour of the behind-the-scenes of Netto’s ‘The Easter Surprise’.
Chaired by David Reviews Editor Jason Stone, Jon sat amongst the panel of the ‘VFX Masterclass: Commercials’, speaking alongside other big industry names such as Coffee & TV Managing Director Derek Moore, Executive producer Paul Schleicher, and Freefolk Creative Director Paul Simpson.
Day two saw Mill Colourist Mick Vincent join this year’s ‘Colourist: The Long And The Short Of It’ panel, chaired by UK Screen Chief Executive Neil Hatton and talking alongside other key names such as Technicolour Colourist Alex Gascoigne, and Molinare Colourist Chris Rodgers.
