Mill Chicago also hosted two members of the No Stigmas organization to discuss tips on nurturing mental wellness and work life balance. No Stigmas is a global peer lead movement raising awareness for mental health & suicide prevention by empowering wellness advocates through education, peer support & positive action. Through open dialogue from speakers and participants, the group discussed experiences in overcoming adversity and finding solution for promoting mental health in our, at times, demanding industry. Mothers (and fathers) shared some of their tips for reconciling both their career and family lives.
