Working at their own breakneck speed, Mill artists had four days to create and enhance the visual effects of project. "One of our biggest challenges, especially considering the time crunch, was syncing and grading the footage from all three cameras so it looked as if it was shot by one camera," shares Lead 2D Artist, Danny Morris.
"This was especially true of the shot of the wing suited man flying into the house at top speed, since this was shot at an entirely different location and required a specially built rig, copter kid - which is a camera mounted on a toy helicopter, and green screen. These elements were composited together and edited with the Swiss footage for the overall final effect," adds Morris.
With color grading by Mill Colorist, Damien Van Der Cruyssen to help integrate all the footage into a seamless, fast-paced ride, this ad visually illustrates the incredible speed of Verizon FiOS Quantum Broadband.
