The promo begins in a remote, derelict building with a sinister tone as horror movie like figures climb on the bare walls and taunt lead singer Gary Barlow. At one point the star's teeth appear to fall out and there is a real sense of suspense throughout.
Before long though, the promo shifts and feels much lighter as the group of horror movie characters, along with the band members, all congregate in a large harvested feel to usher in a 'New Day', shaking off all the bad omens.
Mill Colourist David 'Luddy' Ludlam explains, 'Director Gregg Masuak wanted to create a highly styalised look, a nod to nineties horror movies and a reflection of the zombies and other characters depicted.
The first part of the grade was, therefore, much more controlled then we had to guide the grade through the progression of the promo as it turns much brighter and more positive, taking a more naturalistic approach.'
