Working closely with Director Ed Morris, The Mill team helped to deliver this beautiful film which communicates giffgaff's core brand values. In this simplistic piece, we see a young woman in a basic setting reciting a poetic monologue set against 70's punk music.
Head of Colour at The Mill, Seamus O'Kane adds 'The photography of William Eggleston was foremost in everyones’ mind as we approached the grade. I sought the intensely delicate colour palettes of his work but, with the amazing performance on screen, due consideration was needed to allow that intensity to float through the shot without distraction.
A one shot commercial is always challenging but I feel that here the diverse elements combine to rivet the attention of the viewer and produce a very memorable image'
