The music video follows the romance between Natalia Tena (of Motolov Jukebox) and the film's black latex suit wearing hero as they fall in love.
Chris Scott, The Mill's 2D lead artist, explains "Entering the depths of Peckham, Nick had discovered a location of dreams. This, combined with some old German anamorphic lenses enabled Luke to create a really strong look in the grade.
After sourcing long tongued Mill runners and referencing real gimp behaviour we were able to take the film to a weird place. Long hours were spent crafting the look and feel of the final black hole."
Mill colourist Luke Morrison says "To compliment the dark and striking narrative I felt like the video needed a suitably striking and vibrant grade. I wanted the grade to add to the twisted narrative so placed unnatural tones within, almost giving elements a cross processed look in order to take it away from the norm. I also worked each environment to have a different feel in terms of key lighting colours whilst also pushing the saturation and tone of various elements within the picture to give even more depth and vibrancy to the picture."
"We are very happy with the final film and a little bit scared," adds Chris!
