Working with the team at McGarryBowen Chicago and directed by Steve Miller through @radical media, The Mill delivered this humorous spot for Cars.com.
The simple look was added by Mill NY colourist Fergus McCall.
"The goal here was to not let the color correct get in the way of a
good gag." The high energy mnemonic was designed and created in CG
under the Art Direction of Bowe King. "It was important to help
evolve the cars.com brand into its next phase. Part of this
was giving them a custom designed car that would feel universal yet
individual at the same time, complete with the cars.com logo
emblazoned on its grill. Then to help give the campaign a
resonating look, we had the end tag live in a poignantly branded
purple world. In the end, we were able to give a nice
punctuation to a great spot!"
