Gatorade

Summary

We love a Gatorade spot here in LA. Teaming up once again with Chiat Day, director Adam Berg and Smuggler we recently completed this beautifully shot piece promoting G2, the low calorie version of the drink.

'Float' contains slow motion footage of sportsmen and women who appear suspended in mid air in displays of athletic prowess.  The message behind the ad of course being that the low calorie drink helps you 'float like a butterfly…sting like a bee' just like Serena Williams and Dwayne Wade who feature in the spot.

A Phantom camera was used to capture the specially shot scenes at 1000 frames per second on location in both LA and Miami. Our very own Giles Cheetham, Flame Artist, led the team of compositors and notes, "It was great to be working alongside Adam who is a fantastic director and also DOP Joost Van Gelder whom we worked with on the Cadillac  'Re-ignition' job which was also so beautifully shot."
