So many cheeses, so many choices for a pilgrim. Graded by Seamus O' Kane, we see a 'mini' cowboy return from his quest in finding the 'best of cheddars' and impart his knowledge and wisdom to us townsfolk in choosing the right cheddar worthy of a pilgrim. It's got to be tough, it's got to have charisma and it's got to be smooth.
