Charlotte Carr is the Head of Editorial at The Mill in Chicago. Originally from London, Charlotte spent seven years working across The Mill’s offices in London and New York before bringing her vision and passion to the Midwest. Both a skilled technician and a dedicated collaborative creative, Charlotte carries with her a wealth of experience working on a wide range of projects, including local campaigns for Crate & Barrel and Illinois Lottery.

She has brought her unique talent to award-winning projects including the title sequence for Netflix’s Original Series ‘Marco Polo’ and helped partner with brands like Google, MTV, Ford, Nike, and Jack Daniel’s to help bring their visions to life.
