What piece of work inspired you to get into a career at The Mill & why?

When I first watched Old Spice’s ‘The Man Your Man Could Smell Like‘ I looked at the commercial, looked back at myself, looked back at the commercial and looked back at myself. I knew I had to apply to The Mill, the spot was not only fun and creative but the attention to detail and high level of craftsmanship was incredibly impressive.

What will be the most defining change in the creative industry over the next decade?

I feel like the most defining change in the creative industry over the next decade will be further innovations in AR. Our phones are now as essential as our wallets and purses (if not more so) and have become an extension of how we see and digest the world around us. AR will not only enhance this but truly alter the way we interact with the world through our phones.
