What piece of work inspired you to get into a career at The Mill & why?

‘Raymond’, by French directorial trio BIF was a film that really stuck with me. Everything from the creative to the execution makes for such an inspiring film. When watching it, I knew I had to be a part of the company that made it happen, and here we are.

Since Raymond was released, The Mill has gone on to create many more classic spots that are of the same stead, I’m incredibly proud to be a part of it.

In your opinion, what will be the most defining change in the creative industry over the next decade?

Our industry is ever-changing due to emerging technology, wider possibilities, and young creatives with even bigger ideas. Especially now that geography doesn’t play as big of a role as we once thought, the next decade will be a whirlwind of change and experiments.

It’s an incredibly exciting time to be at The Mill, I am looking forward to expanding our European base and showing people what we are made of. I do however firmly believe that despite all of these monumental advances, the people are and always will be at the heart of what we do. It’s been a brilliant ten years, let’s see where the next ten take us!
