Last but not least we spoke to Managing Director, Josh Mandel about his love for Nike's iconic football spot 'The Next Level' and why technology will truly continue to create new opportunities for brands and consumers.

What piece of work inspired you to get into a career at The Mill & why?

I’m one of those strange American’s who is a massive fan of football…international football, so The Mill’s efforts on Nike’s ‘The Next Level’ are very dear to my heart. The spot features a very ‘Mill’ combination of extraordinary talent and is an example of visual storytelling at its very best.

What will be the most defining change in the creative industry over the next decade?  

I think we’re going to see a number of ‘defining changes’ in the industry over the next decade. Technology will increasingly create new opportunities to craft things that are truly meaningful to people. The brands and companies that stay focused on stellar and impactful creative are the ones, in my opinion, that will win. So I am of course bullish on The Mill.
