Minimising Coronavirus disruption for our clients

News March 4, 2020

As global news around Coronavirus continues to roll in, at The Mill, we are preparing for any eventuality to minimise disruption as much as possible for our clients.

With studios in London, New York, LA, Chicago, Berlin & Bangalore, our studio network covers multiple time zones. We already share work across our global team of 1,200 artists, allowing us to move work between sites.

Our resilient distributed technology infrastructure allows for easy work-share across our studios, facilitating a nimble approach to managing our project pipeline. We are also able to work remotely, harnessing cloud-based technology and sophisticated and secure VPN access and the possibility of remote viewing for our clients.

Being part of the Technicolor family allows us access to a wider resource and scalable technology infrastructure should we need to.

We have cancelled international travel to any ‘at risk’ destination in line with local government and WHO guidelines. If a member of Mill staff had traveled to any such location in the past month, we would assess their individual circumstances in accordance with government advice.

Every Mill studio is cleaned multiple times a day with all staff and other visitors being provided with hand sanitiser gel.

We will of course continue to monitor the situation, and our intention is to provide business as usual.

Should you have any questions about your project, your Mill team or our production processes please do not hesitate in  contacting us.
