Talk to us about your role within The Mill.
I’m a Production Coordinator within the Chicago office, which means I’m essentially the right hand/primary support for our production team. It’s a fantastic role to learn all the ropes of producing, working closely with both the internal teams and clients. This has given me the opportunity to work on some of the biggest projects at The Mill very early in my career, which only makes me more excited to grow within the company
How do you want to help shape the next generation of production at The Mill and beyond?
I’m thrilled to be a part of the next generation of producers and artists at The Mill. Since everything was somewhat turned upside down during the pandemic, I think we now have an opportunity to grow together, shape the culture, and create new ways of operating like never before. The diversity of talent and experiences that make up our teams are what help make us a leader in the industry. As we continue to expand, I hope to play a part in building even more connections between our offices and with our creative partners around the globe.
You were apart of Jeep’s ‘Electric Slide’ spot this year. Do you have any favorite moments from working on the project?
The team on this project is absolutely incredible. I love being able to work with some of the best talent not only at The Mill, but in the industry as a whole. The people are my favorite part of this job, and bonding during late nights as well as seeing artists come up with creative solutions for every obstacle throughout the project was honestly inspiring. Even with all the crazy hours, these kinds of big projects are my favorite because everyone’s strengths and talents really shine.
Do you have any favorite Super Bowl traditions?
Obviously I love watching the Super Bowl ads and ranking favorites, but more than anything, the Midwesterner in me loves all the appetizers and dips we get to eat on game day. I love to host, and having friends and family over for game day is such a fun excuse to break out some of my favorite recipes. We even have a dip that we only make once a year specifically called “The Super Bowl Dip” – absolutely delicious.
