Our recruiters and experts from the Technicolor Creative Studios Academy joined the View Conference in Italy

Last week, our recruiters went to Turin, Italy for the View Conference festival which covers all subjects related to CG, 2D/3D animation, VR and AR, Gaming and VFX.

Candidates of all levels, from junior to senior, were able to talk to our recruiters who came specially from Paris and London to showcase the career opportunities at The Mill but also in all Technicolor Creative Studios, including Mikros Animation, MPC and Technicolor Games.

Ron Edwards, Global Head of commercial Development, L&D presented The Academy which now includes over 20 specialized VFX and Animation courses. Jonathan McFall, Texture Trainer at The Academy encouraged juniors interested in developing their technical and organizational skills to join our studio teams. Edward Ware, Executive Talent Specialist VFX at MPC presented the different international opportunities for senior artists. Finally, Estelle Ducarteron, Lead Talent Acquisition & Outreach Specialist, presented the studios and the ways to apply on our career pages.

This conference was followed by a meeting session with all the recruiters on the stand. Students were given professional advice on their reels as well as Academy courses they could take to maximize their chances of getting a job in the fields they are looking for.
