The Mill helps connect mind and body with NordicTrack

Mill Director Bowe King continues our ongoing collaboration with home fitness brand NordicTrack in their latest campaign starring and narrated by Olympic icon Michael Phelps. Exploring the idea that mind and body are connected, Bowe portrays fitness success as a journey, breaking away from simply showcasing the highs and lows of athletic competition. Powered by iFit, NordicTrack allows users to accomplish their goals alongside world-class athletes, training bodies, and minds together.

From ideation to execution, we worked collaboratively with NordicTrack to highlight their immersive workout experience. The spot, which features several former and current Olympians including Hunter Woodhall, Tara Davis, Jordyn Barratt, Kanoa Igarashi, and Alex Morgan, focuses on the moments on and off the field that made them who they are.

Bowe King comments “We had the amazing opportunity to collaborate with the crew at NordicTrack again. From creative, editorial, post-production, and colour, our team at The Mill delivered a moving campaign that radiates positivity and focuses on living a healthy, balanced lifestyle.”

Working closely with NordicTrack, our editorial team whipped up an uplifting narrative to show the genuine connection between people and what being an Olympian looks like beyond the gold medals. Editor Natalie Wozniak comments, “To keep the tone of the film cohesive, Bowe and I continuously referenced Michael’s voice-over for inspiration. Our favorite line, in particular, was ‘it’s about us…and the now”
