Working closely with AMV BBDO and Director Tom Green from Stink, The Mill helped create this sentimental spot for Guinness which tells the true story of a pair of brothers fulfilling the wishes of their late mother by using their inheritance to follow their home team to every match of the Six Nations.
Recognised by the Gold Jury, despite the work not being submitted into the category, Untold Stories picked up a Silver in Best Use of Photography for Positive Change. The Creative Circle’s ambition is to celebrate the best work in all its values and will award where they see fit, whether it has been entered into the category or not.
Alongside Facebook’s Spark AR Platform team, The Mill’s Experience team brought iconic artworks in The Tate Britain to life last summer through Augmented Reality. ‘Untold Stories’ is a project that explores the hidden narrative of existing paintings and the artists behind them. Specifically, the untold stories that bear relevance to the contemporary audience, sociopolitical and cultural challenges that the artist and subject faced at the time.
In close collaboration with Fold7 and Director Nicolai Fuglsig from MJZ London, The Mill team brought to life this dark, moody and humorous spot for Carlsberg, starring Mads Mikkelsen.
