Campfire is an Emmy, Lion and Clio award-winning team that creates strategies and campaigns to launch new products and entertainment franchises. The team specializes in world-class participatory programs and immersive experiences that ignite fan cultures, encourage growth and drive awareness. This includes physical activations such as Hunters Grindhouse & Immersive 70s Experience for Amazon Prime Video, The Westworld Experience for HBO and The Purge SDCC for USA Network or content programs like Man in the High Castle: Resistance Radio and The Alienist: Angel of Darkness for TNT. It could also start with strategy and positioning work in partnership with HBO leading to a launch program for Watchmen or press and influencer focused programs like The Hidden Side Experience for LEGO.

On being named in the list, Campfire Founder and Creative Director, Michael Monello exclaims, “after 15 years of being recognized for groundbreaking digital and content programs that excite fan communities and generate PR and buzz for our clients, we’re thrilled that our experiential work is now being recognized at the same level. We thank Event Marketer for awarding our unique approach to creating immersive experiences by including us on this prestigious list.”

Reviewing the candidates, Event Marketer states that “many event agencies revealed the additions of multi-faceted capabilities to their offerings spanning digital, broadcasting, content creation, p.r. and interactive technology. It’s the sort of one-stop-shop approach that will lead to stronger, more integrated experiential campaigns—one that will place events squarely at the center of the marketing ecosystem.” Adding that they “zeroed in on differentiated offerings, future plans, creative work and, most importantly, results” to assemble this year’s list. Out of this process, Campfire sits amongst a diverse selection and many other first-timers to the ‘It List.’
