Walmart ‘Famous Visitors’ is nominated twice at the 19th Annual VES Awards

The Mill team are very proud to have received two nominations honoring Walmart ‘Famous Visitors’ at the 19th Annual VES Awards. Walmart has been nominated for Outstanding Visual Effects in a Commercial and Outstanding Compositing in a Commercial.

We collaborated with Publicis New York (Dept W) and Wayne McClammy of Hungry Man to create the galaxy-famous spot for Walmart, demonstrating the out-of-this-world convenience of Walmart Pick Up that aired at Super Bowl LIV.⁣

The Visual Effects Society (VES) honours outstanding visual effects work and the artists who created them. Every year, it’s a highlight within the VFX community, celebrating the creative skill and technical achievements of the industry. VES winners will be announced at a virtual celebration livestream event on April 6th, 2021.
