The Academy Awards. The Oscars. The crown jewel of the Hollywood awards season honoring the best-of-the best in film. For a 3rd year in a row, Mill+ in LA has collaborated with The Academy to design the show package for both the broadcast and live theatrical experience for the 86th Academy Awards show this weekend. In anticipation for the release of brand spanking new graphics, we take a look back at the design over the years.


2012 Show Package 


The 84th Annual Academy Awards marked the beginning of our visually stunning relationship with The Oscars. The Mill designed the entire graphics package for both the broadcast and live theatrical experience, contributing over 250 deliverables including the logo of Oscar himself, all on-stage projections and the nominations packages.

2013 Show Package


For the 85th annual Academy Awards, The Mill's designers once again created the graphics package for both the broadcast and live theatrical experience. The team provided all visual graphics for the night both on the red carpet and during the ceremony including the poster look for Best Costume Design, Makeup & Hairstyling, Production Design, Visual Effects, Adapted Screenplay, Original Screenplay, Director and Picture.
